Processing time

The average order processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time usually takes up to 5-7 business days as well, since we utilize USPS as our shipping service of choice. The cost of shipping is $5. Currently, we are only offering shipping for U.S. purchases. To get a copy of Cider Mill Coven outside of the U.S. please refer to a third party retailer such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for personalized books, earrings or scrunchies. Stickers or iron-on-patches that have been used and removed from their backing are non-returnable.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed in 3-5 days from date of receipt and can take an additional 5-7 days to fully process, depending on your bank.
